While we understand the importance of personalized services, particularly for those with medical hair loss conditions, we no longer offer bespoke custom colours.
However, our ready-to-ship wigs are still customizable in many ways to suit your needs! Whether it's cap construction, length, density, or style, we are here to ensure your wig feels personal to you.

Securing Your Booking
Bookings are subject to a deposit payment of £40. Please note, deposits for all services are non-refundable.
Should you wish to purchase a wig, a £40 deposit will be taken off the total amount.
Once your booking has been secured, an email confirming your appointment will be sent out. This email will include information about your booking such as date, time and links.
All bookings are based on a tight schedule. We allow a 15min grace period. Should you be 20-30min late, a
late fee of £30 will be applied.
A £10 fee is added for every 10 minutes late.
If you are over 30 min late, your appointment
may be cancelled.

All our wigs come with bleached knots to create the illusion of the hair
growing out of your scalp. All made from 100% raw human hair.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure you are 100% happy with your chosen custom piece. Upon receipt of the final
amount paid, you adhere to our terms and conditions policy that states, all custom orders are non-refundable. Your payment is your agreement of these terms and conditions.
Please note that the colour of your unit may vary. Despite
every effort to provide accurate images of each unit, phones, computer screens
and lighting cannot be relied upon to accurately represent colours. All human hair wigs are bespoke and painted by hand therefore no two units will be the same. Depending on your chosen selection, we aim to dispatch all custom
wigs within 12-20 weeks. Some materials are subject to availability. We only use raw materials grown from a human scalp. This can
result in a shortage of donors.
