Designing a bespoke custom-made wig to match a person’s specifications requires lots of love, attention to detail and a much longer processing time than our ready to ship wigs. However, we appreciate how essential a custom service is for everyone, especially for those with a medical hair loss condition and want a wig to perfectly match their bio hair!
You may find yourself here because you have fallen in love with one of our previous ready to ship/wig designs posted on our socials and would like one just like that designed for you! Whatever cap construction, length, density and style you want, we can customise it for you!

Securing Your Booking
Bookings are subject to a deposit payment of £40. Please note, deposits for all services are non-refundable.
Should you wish to purchase a wig, a £40 deposit will be taken off the total amount.
Once your booking has been secured, an email confirming your appointment will be sent out. This email will include information about your booking such as date, time and links.
All bookings are based on a tight schedule. We allow a 15min grace period. Should you be 20-30min late, a
late fee of £30 will be applied.
A £10 fee is added for every 10 minutes late.
If you are over 30 min late, your appointment
may be cancelled.
Should you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do this in the confirmation booking email. For any assistance rescheduling, please contact info@baldyloxboutique.com
Late Fees
All bookings are based on a tight schedule. We allow a 15 minute grace period. Should you be 20-30 minutes late, a late fee of £30 will be applied.
A £10 fee is added for every 10 minutes late.
If you are over 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled.
Important Information
All our wigs come with bleached knots to create the illusion of the hair
growing out of your scalp. All made from 100% raw human hair.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure you are 100% happy with your chosen custom piece. Upon receipt of the final
amount paid, you adhere to our terms and conditions policy that states, all custom orders are non-refundable. Your payment is your agreement of these terms and conditions.
Please note that the colour of your unit may vary. Despite
every effort to provide accurate images of each unit, phones, computer screens
and lighting cannot be relied upon to accurately represent colours. All human hair wigs are bespoke and painted by hand therefore no two units will be the same. Depending on your chosen selection, we aim to dispatch all custom
wigs within 12-20 weeks. Some materials are subject to availability. We only use raw materials grown from a human scalp. This can
result in a shortage of donors.

PRODUCTION TIME 12-16 WEEKS
Designed with the most invisible HD Lace and premium quality hair within the industry, our lace frontals will leave everyone guessing if it is in fact a wig! The breathable 13X6" parting space of lace will give you the freedom to freely part the wig in whichever direction you wish. Constructed with closed wefts at the back, with good care, the durability of our lace frontals will last you considerably longer than our custom full lace wigs. With the additional elements added into the cap such as the 'V' wired ear tabs, removable black band, combs and silicone creates the support and security we all desire for a comfortable daily wear. You may request to preferably have some/all of these elements removed for your custom piece. There are many creative styling possibilities with this cap construction however, should you wish to have a wig that requires a parting at the back, it is advised to consider a full lace wig.

The breathable parting space of lace with a natural hairline from ear-to-ear will give you the freedom to freely part the wig in whichever direction you wish. Constructed with closed wefts at the back, with good care, the durability of our Beginner Caps will last you considerably longer than all our custom cap designs. This is because our beginner cap requires no adhesives for security. With the additional elements added into the cap such as the glue-less ear tabs, removable black band, combs and silicone creates the support and security we all desire for a comfortable daily wear. You may request to preferably have the combs or silicone removed for your custom piece. There are many creative styling possibilities with this cap construction however, should you wish to have a wig that requires a parting at the back, it is advised to consider a full lace wig.
