YOUR CONFIRMATION OF ANY ORDER INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY. IN RESPECT OF ORDERS DELIVERED TO YOU USING ONE OF OUR COURIERS, THEN:
(A) All risk of loss or damage to the products in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our premises, we at Baldy Lox Boutique are not liable for any errors made by these services.
(B) This service does not provide insurance, and is chosen at your own risk upon confirmation/acceptance of our terms of supply. If you are an international customer, you are also agreeing that you understand some countries have import charges/restrictions on certain goods or materials. After dispatch from our facility, transfer of liability shifts to you, therefore you will become the importer and will be liable to pay local taxes or duties, furthermore assuming all liability under any customs or import laws and regulations. Here at Baldy Lox Boutique, we do our utmost to ensure that all products are in excellent condition.

- Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, there will be an additional waiting period.
- Should there be any duty to pay on your package, this is the customer’s responsibility
DELIVERY, CHARGES AND TIMESCALES
We offer free delivery worldwide. It is essential you read the information in each custom category as some processing times may differ. Most of our custom wigs have a processing time of 12-16 weeks however, our custom full lace wigs take 16-20 weeks. The processing time in some cases can change depending on the hair. Some donor’s hair may naturally take differently to hair dyes and peroxides. This can result in some delays to achieve the correct colour or shade the customer requires. Some materials are subject to availability as we only source raw materials grown from a human scalp. This can result in a shortage of donors. If this is ever the case, the customer will be notified at the earliest convenience. When a custom order or a ready to ship wig is collected by the courier, you will be notified by our customer service team via email stating the shipping information you need to track your parcel. For UK customers, delivery takes 1-2 business working day. For customers living outside of the UK, delivery may take 1-5 business working days.
UK and International orders are accepted and dispatched from the UK via DHL or Royal Mail. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery and the parcel is too big to fit through a letter box, a card will be left with instructions on where to collect your parcel or how to rearrange delivery.
All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. Baldy Lox Boutique shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Customs & Import Duties
At Baldy Lox Boutique, we proudly ship worldwide using express services such as DHL, ensuring fast and secure delivery across over 60 countries. While the majority of our parcels arrive without issue, please be aware that customs and import regulations vary from country to country, and you may be subject to additional charges upon delivery.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Most of our international customers may receive their orders without any customs delays or additional fees. However, certain countries have stricter import regulations, and your local customs office may choose to review, hold, or apply duties to your shipment. This is outside of our control and determined solely by your country’s customs authority.
If this occurs, your local courier or customs office may contact you directly to request payment of any applicable fees before releasing your parcel. These fees may include customs duties, import taxes, or administrative charges.
Who is responsible for these charges?
All customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Baldy Lox Boutique is not liable for any additional fees incurred once your order has been dispatched. These charges are imposed by your government and are not included in the price of your purchase or shipping costs.
By placing an international order, you agree to cover any applicable customs duties or taxes that may arise. We are not required—nor able—to pay these charges on your behalf.
What happens if I refuse delivery due to customs charges?
If you choose to refuse delivery of your parcel due to customs fees, the package will be returned to Baldy Lox Boutique. In such cases, any return shipping fees, customs duties, or charges imposed during the return process will be deducted from your refund or may be charged to you separately.
We strongly encourage all international customers to check with their local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential fees that may apply.
