Whether you’re joining us online or in person, your consultation is a safe, judgment-free space where we take time to understand your unique needs, lifestyle, and styling goals. To make the most of your appointment, here are a few things you may want to prepare ahead of time:

🪞 1. Think About Your Hair Goals

• Do you want something for daily wear, special occasions, or both?
• Are you looking for a specific length, colour, or texture?
• Do you prefer a wig that’s glueless, adhesive-based, or versatile?

Even if you’re unsure, we’ll help guide you through all the options—so don’t worry if you don’t have the answers yet.

📷 2. Photos or Inspiration

Bring along any images that reflect the look or vibe you’re going for. This could be:

• A photo of your previous hair
• A celebrity or Pinterest look you love
• A screenshot from our collection
  Visual references help us understand your style and create something that feels just right for you.

🧠 3. Medical Hair Loss Considerations (If Applicable)

If you’re living with a hair loss condition (such as alopecia, trichotillomania, or post-chemo shedding), please feel welcome to share as much—or as little—as you’re comfortable with.
We’re fully experienced in supporting clients with all types of hair loss and are here to listen with care and zero pressure.

📏 4. Take or Bring Head Measurements

If your consultation is online, you may want to measure your head in advance, during or after your appointment just so we can determine your perfect cap size. You’ll just need a soft tape measure.
In-person? We’ll take all measurements for you during your appointment.

🪡 5. Bring Your Questions

Your consultation is your time. Feel free to ask us anything—from wig maintenance and longevity, to cap construction, adhesives, or styling tips.
No question is too small, and nothing is off-limits. We’re here to help you feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

💻 6. For Online Consultations: Prepare Your Space

• Find a well-lit, quiet space with a stable internet connection.
• Have your phone or laptop camera set up so we can clearly see your hairline and head shape (if you feel comfortable).
• Keep a tape measure, notebook, or any wigs you currently wear close by if relevant.

🕯️ Most Importantly: Come As You Are

There’s no need to feel nervous—we’re here for you, not just your hair. Whether you’re feeling excited, anxious, or unsure, your consultation is a space of empowerment, kindness, and expert guidance. We’ll walk through everything together.

Bookings are subject to a deposit payment of £40. Please note, deposits for all services are non-refundable.

Should you wish to purchase a wig, a £40 deposit will be taken off the total amount. 

Once your booking has been secured, an email confirming your appointment will be sent out. Please do check your junk inbox as it can sometimes land in there. This email will include information about your booking such as date, time and links.

All bookings are based on a tight schedule. We allow a 15min grace period. Should you be 20-30min late, a
late fee of £30 will be applied.

A £10 fee is added for every 10 minutes late.

If you are over 30 min late, your appointment
may be cancelled.

All our wigs come with bleached knots to create the illusion of the hair
growing out of your scalp. All made from 100% raw human hair. 

 IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please ensure you are 100% happy with your chosen custom piece. Upon receipt of the final
amount paid, you adhere to our terms and conditions policy. Your payment is your agreement of these terms and conditions.

Please note that the colour of your unit may vary. Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each unit, phones, computer screens and lighting cannot be relied upon to accurately represent colours. All human hair wigs are bespoke and painted by hand in house therefore no two units will be the same. 

Depending on your chosen selection, we aim to dispatch all custom wigs within 12-20 weeks. Some materials are subject to availability. We only use raw materials grown from a human scalp. This can
result in a shortage of donors.
