Standard cap sizing refers to the most commonly used wig cap measurements, designed to fit the majority of head sizes comfortably. These sizes are typically categorised as Petite, Small, Medium, and Large, based on average head circumference and overall proportions.

A Petite cap is suited to smaller head sizes and usually fits those with a circumference of around 20.5–21 inches.
A Small cap is the most common size and generally fits a circumference of around 21.5–22 inches.
A Medium cap is designed for fuller head sizes, typically around 22.5–23 inches.
A Large cap is our biggest cap size and generally fits a circumference of around 23.5-24 inches.

While standard cap sizing works well for many, everyone’s head shape is unique. That’s why taking accurate measurements is always recommended, especially if you’re between sizes or prefer a more secure, comfortable fit.

Bespoke cap sizing is a fully customised approach where a wig cap is made specifically to your individual head measurements, rather than fitting into standard Petite, Small, Medium, or Large sizing. This means every key area such as circumference, front to nape, ear to ear, and nape width—is tailored to you.

The result is a cap that fits more securely, feels more comfortable, and sits more naturally on the head, often requiring less adjustment once worn. Bespoke sizing is especially beneficial if you fall between standard sizes, have an asymmetrical head shape, or want the most natural and confidence-boosting fit possible.

Important to note: because bespoke cap sizing is made entirely to your individual measurements, each piece is truly one of a kind. For this reason, bespoke orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once production has begun. We kindly ask that all measurements are taken carefully to ensure the best possible fit.

Please also allow 4–5 months for completion, as creating a bespoke cap is a detailed, hand-crafted process that takes time to achieve the highest standard of fit, comfort, and finish.

If your wig doesn’t fit as expected, full refunds and exchanges are accepted on all standard cap sized wig designs, provided the piece is returned in its original, unworn condition and in line with our returns policy.

As bespoke cap sized wigs are custom made specifically to your individual measurements, refunds or exchanges are not accepted for these pieces. This is because they are created uniquely for you and cannot be resold or resized for another client.
